Used mint leaves and dried peaches, dosen't exactly taste like twinings but it isn't bad!

If you rip the mint leaves it gets a bit stronger of a mint extraction. Muddling the mint will give you maximum mint extraction. That is for future reference. I used to make mint tea all the time when I was a kid. It is delicious.

Its when you smash the mint down with a dowel and break up the cell wall to let the flavors extract better. Its what they do when a bartender makes a mojito for you. Only works with fresh mint leaves though.
