Are riding a bicycle is so hard these days that you need a Rear-view camera? Or a Cellphone strapped in front of you so you can play angry birds while riding a bicycle? Make sure you don't ride it in rain.

This is stupid. First of all, the curved upper frame will make it a PITA to put on a rack. Put any kind of fancy tech in a bike frame and the whole thing will get stolen on the quick, I guarantee it. IMO the phone should be in your pocket, a backpack, or left at home...not on the handlebars.
