Somebody on my baseball team did this 6 or 7 years ago. The umpire called it a strike, and the other coach ran out to argue. He was ejected. :P

I couldn't find it, but this is how they used to do intentional walks back in the day (talking '30s here, maybe before). Then somebody belted one out of the park, and they changed to the system they use now.
