I'll be getting a DSG, if I get one. Requirement from the wife. I do at least have my old Alfa, which requires a true shift-whisperer to get that ropey linkage to do anything resembling change gears.

DSG is one of the few acceptable automatics.

I'd still have a manual myself, but I wouldn't criticize someone for picking DSG
