Forgot about Tailpipe.co over the weekend. Apparently I only need it for the work week.

It's NP, but I wouldn't buy the car.
150k on (what I'm assuming is) the factory motor? This isn't an S54 or a B18; unless you had another motor ready to plop in there, I'd avoid it.
I give it five pulls into full boost before something goes pop.

Yeah that's what I was thinking too.

I've decided that my life goal after graduating college is going to be to own a classic porsche. I've developed a love for 930 turbos lately. Hopefully a degree in engineering will help afford some of their prices...

Yeah a 964 manual coupe is my goal.

35k is a lot of money for an old car with alot of miles.
It may be a NP, but keep in mind that I have a hard time spending over $1500 for a car.

Many old cars with lots of miles go for lots of money....

I know, but I have hard time justifying it to myself and for others. You can have a ton of fun with an old cheap beater and not worry about it getting scratched or dinged. Beaters usually have alot of character too, which is something money can't buy.

This isn't a 1974, and it smells a bit scammy to me. Even for that many miles, that's ridiculously low for a Turbo, especially with the values skyrocketing.

Yeah that's another thing I was thinking

Something is fishy with this one...It appears to be a 964 that was retrofitted to look like an old turbo...

Well, between the intercooler and the purple coil pack, it's not stock. The undercarriage sure looks like a 150k car and the outside/interior looks like somebody with OCD about looks and not so concerned with 'the whole package.'
It could be a very expensive mistake, or it could be the previous owner sunk way way too much into it looking perfect, all for your benefit.
I wouldn't say scammy, but have Klaus check it out carefully before buying.
