So I finally got around to watching this program that has been sitting on my DVR for awhile. It was excellent! If you have Velocity channel you can catch it there sometime or pay $1.99 to rent the extended version on YouTube. As expected these two dudes drive 8 generations of the 911 back to back and compare them all. Here is a play-by-play on what pretty much what happened in my head

...Oh maybe I'd like to own one of those someday. Well, maybe one of those instead. Oh man, now I want that one. Nope this is the one...I'm getting one of those. Never mind...that is the Porsche I will own. Ok, I definitely don't want that generation. But this one is tempting...maybe this last one really is the best?

Dammit I just need to buy a 911! O.k. it is settled before I die I will own some type of 911...preferably a 993, or 964....0r 991...but the 997 might be a better value....

Air cooled 911s are terrible cars

Nobody should buy them

Owners should sell them for under market value to get rid of them. I'll take these terrible cars off their hands.

Haha I believe in ze Porsche Gods too!

I really wanted to turn my Carrera in when the lease ended in December. I could have paid down debt and bought a C2S or GT3 later instead.

But the C2 has been good to me so I thought ze Porsche Gods might strike me down for getting rid of it! I was scared that it would go to a bad owner and ze Gods would be pissed.

Yes one does not simply "sell" or "trade" ze 911. You must keep them and add more 911s.
