I was cataloging my latest literature haul (8 pieces from my local Subaru dealer), and it hit me how much I have accumulated over the years. This is my Subaru Collection, which accounts for only 20% of my total collection:

(that's a full size bed, for a bit of perspective)

Accessories and Model Lines. Only a few are duplicates.

Kinja'd!!!

Model specific literature from 2008-2015.

Kinja'd!!!

My favorite brochure!

There are 52 brochures in total pictured here (some buried beneath others, so don't bother counting), all Subaru. Another 205 non-Subaru brochures are not pictured. My collection isn't even that big compared to some that I've seen. Does anyone else enjoy collecting these?

It's not hoarding, it's collecting!

I will seriously buy MR2 related ones (1990-1995) if you guys have any.

That's what I tell myself about my collection of "vintage" computers, too!

The best part is getting to look through all of them. I've been collecting since 2000, and have only paid for 5 or 6 of them. The rest have been through car shows, dealer visits, and through friends and family.

Unfortunately, the oldest Toyota literature I have is from 1999.

It would be interesting to get a group going that trades brochures, much like the Hot Wheels exchange that was started here a little while ago.

I've only got MR2 related inventory, and I'm keeping all of it (One day it will get framed and mounted, but that is not this day)

It's the same way with all of my Subaru related inventory (and a some other choice brochures). No way I could ever part with them.

I've got a decent sized collection from about 92/93-mid 00s. All of them are up at my dad's now though. Unfortunately, when I was a wee young'n I went through and circled options in a lot of them...
