It's always cool to see (and hear) one of these flying around. And hard to imagine hundreds of them taking off for a far-off target. Must have been pretty unbelievable.

I had the chance to see and snap a few pictures of the B-17 while it was at Teterboro last year. Those wright radials at start up are impressive.

I am a plane nerd and a car guy...love the old WWII bombers. Had the opportunity to have my Camaro photographed with a B-29 last year (FIFI) and a B17G just last week. They will work with you for photos for a donation to keep these beauties up in the air. I can e-mail you photos if interested.
