Whenever you hear the revs kick up, that's not because I was pressing the gas pedal any more than a feather could, it was because I instantly lost traction.
My traction control is kinda broken right now so this is why it's so bad. My tires have always sucked in the rain though, but now it's just getting dangerous.
My dad decided to put the blame on the car and not the tires. Dad, no, it's the tires. Trust me.

My dad loves my car actually, but he's just being skeptical because for some reason he can't wrap his mind around how bad the tires are.

The tread is pretty low yes, but it's not just that. Even with good tread these tires have always been shit in the rain

I used to run 12 year old economy tires from Sears. You'd have to pussy-foot it in the dry. Car was undrivable in the rain.
I made it even worse by installing a shift kit. Rear end used to try and flick around during a gear change.
