Notifications not resetting?

So, for some reason my notifications aren't resetting when I check them? This is the second time this has happened, it also happened on Tuesday (see picture), and while it makes me feel popular, I'd like it to go back to normal. Anyone know what I should do/has this happened to anyone else?

On mobile, It takes a while. if you keep it on the page for a bit, then I think it'll reset.

It's chrome or safari, and it just decides by itself when it's going to reset. It bothers me. Stay on what page?

Click the notification page and stay on it for a few seconds, until it resets.

Mine aren't resetting either. I totally have at least 400 notifications and it keeps forgetting to tell me
