Apparently for our anniversary, my girlfriend bought me a thing where you get to go down to the local track (It's called !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and is in the middle of nowhere)and ride in a race prepared Ford Mustang driven by the pro around the race track.

I have only ever sat in a stationary race car before. This gonna be good.

Calabogie's mustangs have the 4.6L V8 various upgrades to the suspension, 6 point harnesses and make 350 hp with 340 ft-lb torques. I give this gift 12/10. Because quite literally.....Race Car.

They had a show last weekend where you could take a few paced laps in your own car. Not full speed, but very fun!

That sounds cool.

Of course my cars suspension is totally trashed (at least one shock absorber is completely broken, the remaining 3 are worn out and the struts need replacing) so taking my own car on the track would probably end in a fiery death, at least until I get my new strut assemblies on a week from Saturday.
