Quick FiST owners, preferably ones with autocross experience, I need your help.
I am doing the Ecoboost challenge on Saturday and need tips. Remember this advise is based on no worries of clutch or tire life. What rpm do you launch at? Do you trailbrake? Why or why not? Any other tips?

Not an ST owner here, but I would be lead to believe that you should trailbrake no matter what, especially given the car's propensity to oversteer.

No. Currently I drive a Miata. My last/first autocross car was an 04 Mazda 3 with 2.0 and 5 speed and no abs. I plan on approaching the FiST the same way I drove that. Lots of trailbraking and rotation.

why not ask me? I'm a seasoned #conedoge man.
Launch it at 2500. It's plenty torque full.

Dissable TC, not just sport mode (long press until the notification pops up on the sync screen). Launch at about 2500-3000, that seems to yield just about ideal wheel-spin. Enter faster than you think you should, brake late, the FiST has STUNNINGLY good brakes, much better than you would think when just driving around and based on initial pedal feel. Press harder, stop faster. Rotate with throttle, trail brake will be more fun, but controlling attitude with the go pedal will be more rewarding time-wise. Remember, initial under steer yields to rotation with proper throttle control. On the throttle early, maybe even while in-apex, let the e-dif do its job and hang on for the ride ;). Flogging a FiST is one of the most rewarding driving experiences going. The slightly sad thing is its EVEN BETTER at higher speeds and AX doesn't really unlock all the potential.

ProTIP: The FiST will rotate well without you having to intentionally trailbrake. Same goes for the FoST. Don't over think it. Just drive.

I hope I don't have to argue with some Ford PR lackey about turning off the TC. If they let me change the tire pressure what PSI do you run?

On the 40 profile stock Bridgestones, I run door-sill pressure.

try and be in 3rd because I don't believe over boost applies until then.

Don't own an ST but I did the Ecoboost challenge last year and you're a) overthinking it, and b) going to be slightly disappointed (but only slightly, because it's still awesome). First off, you can't change tire pressures or anything like that. They have a long line of eager hoons they need to get through, which means as soon as one person's out of the car the next needs to be in and starting off. No time for setup alterations. Second, there is no launching and you'll be doing the whole course in second gear. What they have is a pre-timed section where you start off, you need to get up to speed and shift into second before you hit the timing line. Once you've crossed that timing line you're not allowed to shift until you've crossed the finish and are coming to a stop. If they hear/see you shift you're booted out immediately.
Now the good news: holy balls is it fun! The FiST is a fantastic car with unbelievable response. My technique was to drive it like a rally car, apexing late and left foot braking all the way around. This got me a little extra rotation from the butt (which is fun) and allowed me to do a sub-40 run on my last pass, which put me in the top 10% and less than a second off the fastest of the day.

I pretty much assumed this. I am a cynical optimist, I assume the worst but hope for the best.

Trust me, you won't be disappointed by the restrictions once you're out and thrashing it

I believe it. Did you get to drive the transit? Are you allowed to hoon it?

They didn't have the transit last year. There was the ST siblings, which were the hoon cars, a Fusion and Escape (and, for comparison, a Camry and a CR-V), which had to be driven in certain ways at certain points on the course (there were signs saying what speed and/or maneuver you had to do next) but could still be hooned to an extent, and a C-Max, which was there for the fuel economy challenge. I tanked that one by trying to be clever and constantly use the regenerative braking.
