Been crazy busy with work and life and not much time to get things done on the cars. So this last Saturday I decided I had to get some stuff done and my girlfriend was excited to help and actually learn some stuff about cars.
Morning started out good, went to Cars and Coffee in the GN. There is a great gallery, if you guys didn't see, it posted by !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Then I went home and did the front pads and rotors on the volvo. Everything went pretty smoothly.
After that I changed the oil in my girls Tundra, she was excited to learn how to do that. I won't let her pay someone to change the oil anymore lol. It went pretty easy, just dropped the scrape plate and everything was good until the filter. Damn thing was on there so tight I had to go get a strap wrench even then it didn't want to come off and I started crushing it. Thankfully I had a piece of pipe to use for more leverage and then it came right off.
All in all it was a good weekend. With all the other stuff going on in life it was nice to just work on my cars and actually fix/accomplish something with my own hands. There is just something about it that feels good. Anyway here is a picture of the GN for you guys.
