The lone comment by kokomojoe also infuriates me. Pretty sure Ford still has a very sizable chunk of police sales and Ford is losing sales? Fuck no. They are selling plenty of cars and doing so very profitably.

Yeah I thought about it too. The author isn't quite as offensive as those vehicles are rwd/fwd-based. But still, he could have mentioned the 4x4/AWD availability.

Yeah, and really, at the end of the day that article is full of useless speculation based on responses like "we aren't ruling anything out".
He could have asked "do you think you'll be making a Luxury Lincoln SUV reminiscent of the Bronco II?" and the response would have been the same as the above for the Mustang-based Lincoln.
