Yesterday I wrote up a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I learned a lot about the car in the comments, like it was anemic, etc... Commenters also said these cars are fairly rare today. Yet I just saw another one in Monument, Colorado. I'm really not a muscle car lover, but I do appreciate them. This one appears to be in pretty good shape, but the rims seem out of place on it. I didn't get an opportunity to chat with the owner because there were Tornado watches and warnings hitting the area. The cars at this gathering jumped ship like rats when rain started dropping.

Oh Canada! That one is the classic Trans Am color scheme.

1981 T/A Special Edition Turbo. This is exactly like what my car would have looked like coming out of the factory (except the rims, the ones on this car aren't correct). Gorgeous.

Nice! I'm not sure what I think about the color and wheel combo though...

What rims are those you speak of?

The car in the picture (and mine) would have come with these, gold 8" WS6 Turbine wheels. The man who owns the one in the picture does have the rims I have been searching for though and for that I am jealous :p.
