SR20 was a user who made outrageous claims, which were met with "Pics or it didn't happen". SR20 around these parts means pictures.

A long time ago before the kinja scourge infected the lands, a guy claimed to have an Elise with an SR20 in it. Pics were demanded, none were to be had.

So "SR20" became shorthand for "Picture of something".
