A friend of mine is from Ohio, near Cleveland, and *supposedly* knows the guy who made this video. If the story is correct, he had a stipend and 30 days or something to do it as part of a competitive ad campaign, got very lazy, and realized he had 1 day left to do it and threw it together last-minute to prove he actually did something, and they liked it enough they did ask him to do the second one. He's now a comedian working with a sketch comedy group there.

Mike Polk is the comedian who made this. Not sure about the story, but he is pretty well known here on his own. I work with one of his Kent State fraternity brothers.
