I believe the Ruiner was in GTA IV or V, as I don't remember getting a replacement for it here.

Yeah, the Buffalo was the SA equivalent, the Ruiner was Gta 4 and 5 methinks.

The Ruiner was only in the HD era games. The Buffalo is the 3D era equivalent.
