Your custom Mini Cooper! Either standard or S trim... Go!
You bet your ass my Cooper S is BRG with white stripes. Plus rally lights. Clear turn signals.
Standard 16" wheels, rear fog lights.
Standard black leatherette, black headliner, armrest, Harman/Kardon audio system.
Grand total? $27,082 including destination fees.
I really hope with all the options on Minis, there isn't any duplicates.

oh man, I've got a whole list!
Guys, meet my mini family. This is a list of minis that I made for everyone in my family!
Basically, my family got bored, and we all decided to make minis on my laptop during a power outage. They don't know I saved them (and saved the names as well!)
Stepdad: 'Blue Bullet'
Mom: 'Hot Cocoa'
Stepbro #1 (oldest): 'Brass Beast'
Me: 'Classy Clasic'
Stepbro #2 (Middle): 'Dr. Handlegood'
Stepbro #3 (Youngest): 'Chilin' Chili'
Stepsister: 'Droptop Diva'

Yup, 2010

All the features I wanted. I lost track honestly.

That's awesome.

It's so easy to go overboard on these thing.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:05 |
|
Yep, that's my family for you!
Note that my middle stepbrother is the only one not to choose an S. he says he'd rather have less power and an N/A engine

What you did, but with black wheels instead
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:06 |

yes. It's basically a BMW, so they nickel and dime you for everything too.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:06 |

I almost went for a standard over an S, only because 3-cylinder.

Want any color other than white or weird yellow? $500 please.
What about an armrest? $250 more.
Real leather? About $1k, bud.
It's silly.

wait WHAT? it's a 3-pot now???
when did that happen????
I haven't been following mini recently, have I....

I put real leather on mine. Had to.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:10 |

Yup, with the update it went to a TwinPower'd 3-pot.
1.5 liters, 134 horsepower, not a bad little motor.

BMW's leatherette is actually good. I'd prefer cloth, but I can deal.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:13 |
|
Hmm... I wonder if it was sourced from BMW Motorrad (motorcycles) or something, because I doubt it's an in-house engine design, unless they just clean lobbed half of a 3L 6-pot...
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:14 |
|
I don't like cloth that much. And I would rather have the real deal. Fake leather doesn't do it for me.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:16 |

It's in house, it's going to be used in FWD BMW models.

I'll just say it. Mini and Porsche should sell their configurators to ANY automaker/vehicle brand who let's the costumer customize.
![]() 06/02/2014 at 20:18 |

Agreed. Best in the business.

Mine cost about 32k when new. Red leather, HIDs, sunroof, premium package, sport package, harman kardon, etc etc. Thing is loaded. Original owner had good taste in options.

I went for a brown, luxury theme. I think it came out very nice. I would definitely drive this IRL. Except I won't, because I waited until the end, then looked at the price of my options. And I ended up with a MINI that costs nearly 40k. Looks nice, though.

Oh, you think that's bad...
![]() 06/02/2014 at 21:02 |

OH GOD NOOOOOOO!
why does BMW have to go FWD.... ;'(

Dear lord. 3-series money for that tiny thing!
