Pistons and crankshaft are in! Kinda a long process since we're dipping everything to get carbon off.
Heading to cars and coffee/crepes in Elmhurst now!

Your car looks great! But a claw hammer? Maybe I just have blue paint envy.
Get a basic one for $9, two for $18.

This stuff; working pretty well so far! $15 after coupon, and saves us moooore than that in time. Going to use it for push rods next.

I used to do that until I realised that whenever I was using a wire wheel all the loose wires would get caught in the carpet and scratch the paint.
Uncool.

Trying to find the best way to clean carbon. I tried Seafoam - OK. Acetone - that worked. I'll look into this - basically the same stuff as the spray carb cleaner, it sounds like. And when I need to dunk my chainsaw carbs, now I know this stuff is there. Thanks man.
