stay away! Unless going to use just the body, parts are almost completly one off and non existant. Motor is a oddball. Brake system is odd and very expensive to work on. These cars are a big money put if anything is bad or needs to be replaced.

Seems like a NP. Front upholstery would need some attention, but that is normal.
