what if I painted the Dodge blue and got an American flag on the roof? Like an opposite of the general lee? Like a northern one.

It's been done a couple of times via "Grant", IIRC. Not with a compact, obviously. The complete mirror universe picture would be doing it with a Plymouth.

There's a joke in there, somewhere, about Sherman's march, burning Atlanta, fire, so then it has to be a Ferrari, or a Firebird, etc. But I'm too lazy to put it together properly.

... Otherwise you could go with an in-MOPAR rivalry, and paint a Plymouth GTX.

... Or an outside-royalty and go with a Chevy, like a Chevelle, or a Ford Torino, or something.

Not that just having it be another charger would be a bad thing.

And BTW... the number on the side would probably be 64. as in 1864, the end of Sherman's March to the Sea, if you are going to put General Sherman's name on the roof. Even at the end of the civil war, with reunification, there weren't yet 50 states at that time.

Or, it could be General Grant... but Sherman was more bold.

Although I would probably go with a darker blue more in line with the union army uniform.

I wouldn't do a general anything. Way too overdone. How about some other factory style mopar graphics? Like the bumble bee stripe or even a billboard like a 71 Cuda but instated of hemi or 440 its says SIX or Slant?

It is the only Dodge that I own. It's just an idea, but I do plan on going dark blue.
