Then there's the issue of the other drivers, track personnel, ESPN, the audience destroyed by the shock wave. Or poisoned. Or lack of usable oxygen. Or fire.

And of course you can only get to 200mph and then you fall off the track.

There's a lot of teachable physics in there, and lack of space missions means he's using examples where he can find him. Despite the opinions of my neighbors in the Caroinas, I'd recken you better book-learn some physics if you want to build a race car.
