Its 2 am and the streets are empty on a wednesday morning, i was speeding and suddenly i see some blue and red lights ahead. I pressed hard on the brake pedal, but luckily he was already ticketing somebody else who pointed at me when i passed at a more decent speed.
Damn hills are treacherous.

An aventador police for your troubles.

The fastest i went this night was 140 kph. But when i bumped into the 5-o i was going like 85kph on a 60kph limit street. There are no traffic lights, crossings or joining streets so pretty much everybody that passes through there are doing those speeds.

That's not bad, I thought you were out on a speed run or something. In California, doing 85 MPH (136 KPH) on a 65 MPH (104 KPH) freeway at 2 AM is just the normal flow of traffic.

Yeah i wasn't going that fast, but its speedy for the street that i was going, it has hills and turns its nice to drive there exept the pavement is all bumpy and ugly.
About california... if you get caught you would still get ticketed? but you say its normal traffic, so if everyone is going at that speed its like theres nothing that officers can do about it.

In California, the highest speed limit is 65 MPH. On the freeway, if traffic is flowing freely people are going 75-80 MPH and cops generally don't care, but if they want a reason to pull you over they will have one. Stay at or slightly below the flow of traffic and you're safe, even if that's 10-15 over the limit.

Hah thats cool. And you say that at 2am there's still flow of traffic so youre not the lonely fish that gets caught.

There are always cars on the road here, although it's pretty thin compared to any time during the day. If you wan't to go on a reckless speed run, go in the middle of the night during the week. But you will get pulled over if you're driving a lot faster than everyone else, and you will not be happy with the ticket or getting your car impounded.

End of the month. They tried to get my wife for distracted driving. She had to show them her phone in the rear seat in her purse with no activity since the morning. They ran her registration and everything to try and get her. I can see where a woman in a minivan driving towards a school, looks like she's breaking the law........

I thought I was getting nabbed the other night. I just bought a 335D and wanted to test out the top end. It was late so I waited until I was about a half mile from my exit then opened her up. She shot up to around 125mph pretty damn quick. Exited, and was waiting at the light on the off ramp when I see the blue and reds coming up behind me. Major pucker time. Boy was I glad when he went right around me and got back on the freeway going the other direction.
