Step 1: buy wrecked / beaten BMW R1200 RT Police
Step 2: Remove plastics, handmake nifty farkles (headlight & gauge cluster), slap on superbike forks, hack together shorty megaphone exhaust, spend 2 years trying to shadetree a tail / seat that looks half that good...
Step 3: Profit!! Or in this case ride something of equal performance for 1/5th the cost (but probably still not as pretty unless you're roland sands).
