Junior WRC's M. Taylor not someone many of us rally aficionados know much about, but looking at this drivers story and you will see that rally is just in the genes. M. Taylor routinely beats the fellas with a smile on her face.
Molly Taylor is an Australian born rally driver that is currently racing in Junior WRC. Junior WRC is like college football, people are talented but you are just not at the highest level... yet. Names like Loeb, Ogier, and Sordo all started at this level and so will Molly.
Molly was already an international talent in equestrian when she hopped in a car at her father's !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and was hooked. She quickly gained her rally license and was forced to sell her horse to pay for a faster car. She won her first rally by over 5 minutes and then started to travel to the U.K. to compete. Oh yeah, did I mention her mother is Australian Rally Champion Coral Taylor, that might help too.
In 2009 she moved to Great Britain to compete fully in rally. She quickly won the Women's British Rally Championship and was signed to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! along with working with !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Her "big break" came when she won a spot competing for a chance against 15 other drivers to compete for a spot in Junior WRC (then WRC Academy). Junior WRC drivers all receive the same cars provided this year by Citroen, and is for people under 28 years of age. Many believe this is the truest form of competition between drivers with the season champion getting to race WRC2 the next season.
Molly's career really took off at this point, with her mom beside her, she raced in WRC3 and could have won Neste Rally Finland if not for electrical troubles. A strong 3rd place finish at Rally Great Britain, propelled her to the inaugural FIA Women's Championship.
This year, Molly is back in Junior WRC (which also enters you in WRC3) hoping to leave the boys in her dust. Through one event this year ( !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ), she finished 38th overall and 8th in WRC3. The next event she will be competing in for WRC is !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! June 26th.
From a young girl in love with equestrian to the top female rally driver in the world, Molly has a bright smile and even a brighter rally future.

Molly was already an international talent in equestrian when she hopped in a car at her father's Sideways Action Rally School and was hooked. She quickly gained her rally license and was forced to sell her horse to pay for a faster car.
Where do I sign up to be reincarnated into that life?

A horse could be more expensive than a car, depending on where you shop.

Kurt has a NASCAR top-series title and placed 6th moonlighting in the Indianapolis 500 last weekend. Kyle Busch has no top-series titles and mostly serves as a minor-league ringer.

Ok, thanks, one more thing, is it worth getting more into the sport? I mean once you know all the drivers is it fun to watch?

I enjoy it; though I know many can't get over the usually don't turn right thing. It helps if you have a specific driver to root for.

Well drag racing Top fuel dragsters dont turn right or left and its still enjoyable, i'll give it a try then, i need to watch something else between Formula 1 empty weekends. Id like to watch Indy car as well but i dont have the channel where they pass the races.
I only have Nascar and F1. The rest they just pass the highlights.
