!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . That didn't last long.
Nice Bertone color tie-in
- B23 block, now B25 ?
- Wiseco 96,50mm pistons
- crankshaft engineered and polished to a 85mm stroke
- 152mm H beam connecting rods
- B234F 16V head with GLT cams and stiffer valve springs
- Delphi 998cc injectors in plenum manifold
- exhaust manifold from KL Racing- Garrett GT35R turbo
- aluminium 4" core intercooler
- KMS MP25 engine management system
My friend (who writes here too sometimes, thank you JuhaU !) assembled the engine for me, he also engineered the "potholes" to the pistons!

Hmmm…not sure how I feel about this. What shape did it start out in?

Those rims really work with this car. I've always thought the old Volvos' block-like shape was acerbated by the dinky factory rims.

The wheels are custom and awesome too.
These 17" wheels are Peugeot 407 steel wheels, flipped and widened to 9˝" rear and 8˝" front. I purchased Falken FK452 tires for them, 235/45-17 rear and 215/45-17 front.Wheels have now specially made centric rings, not for the wheels but for the Volvo original hub caps.

I got down to pic three, and in my head I started chanting... "please dont go ghetto, please dont go ghetto..." Nope, no ghetto present. I always had a soft spot for the Bertones

I love 'em too, but the details have always bothered me.
There are some people who prefer the pre-'86 looks, but I'm not one of them. Just too jagged.
This car is a dream.
