The smart fortwo is a nice way to navigate a packed city like NYC, Paris, and Chicago. Unfortunately, "slow" is a common word associated with smarts. So what do you do?
Fabricators in the middle of country have a strange "solution" to said problem. They love turning little smart fortwos into code brown speedsters.
First, it was a Hayabusa conversion from Michigan, then a big block V8 from Illinois, and now, yet another bloke from Illinois has built another crazy creation.
This little smart fortwo is powered by a 1.5 litre engine from a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and it's a part of an ongoing project.
And what better way to test your project than to go up against a couple high powered Mustangs and a V8 smart?
I tried summarizing these two videos, but I can't find the right words to express what you're about to see...So just watch below...

The lead image struck me as a photoshop creation at first. Consider me told.
I can dig a fast Smart*.

IIRC, the race shown in the bottom video was filmed by Discovery Channel or Discovery Canada, can't remember which, but it should be on TV at some point.
