Warranty would be like another $3k or $4k, but I wouldn't have to worry about the coolant expansion tank or transmission.

I've looked at that one at 'Max too. I'm in free transfer territory. What turns me off, however is the 3 owners (I want 1-2 on such a car), and the fact it has leather over alcantara.

Ah - dealer's mistake - they don't have it listed as a ZHP and the website is showing power from a regular 330i. The ZHP was rated at 235hp and should be good for a sub-6 second 0-60 sprint as well. The wheels, front & rear bumpers and interior trim were giveaways for me.
