Well, this would be best designed , which would be different from that, but still.

Good design because it seems to maximize the space of the vehicle by using a near-cabover design, which quite a number of space-saving cars do. The egginessis honest, and makes it look a little shuttle-ly...

...which brings us to my favorite looking minivan, the 2nd gen NA Honda Odyssey

Kinja'd!!!

Similar honesty, except it's more convention in its format. But it looks very much like a space shuttle to me, and just gives a "jet"-like vibe. I'm biased because my family has one, but I've grown to appreciate its aesthetics.

I swear there was a thread similar to this. I'm debating whether or not the Avantime counts as an MPV.

I have seen a couple of Odysseys around the GTA/Durham Region that are lowered with nice rims. It's pretty much the only way I would ever have a van.

If only Honda would have dropped its V6 into this and brought it stateside. It should have been the Crosstour.

I prefer the facelifted version, 2012 I think. Unfortunately it was special order only in the US. So I know there is only a handful of them here.

I'm not much an R specialist myself, but it appears that most the ones I've seen are pre facelift.

Okay, I'll bite.

Kinja'd!!!

First gen Mazda MPV because it doesn't look like a minivan, as a male you can drive one without looking like you've given up on life.

Kinja'd!!!

Pontiac Montana (pre-facelift) because it looks aggressive. If you ask me it's the only Pontiac that the ribbed body cladding actually looked good on, and one of the few modern cars that can pull off a two-tone paint job.

Does it have to be a production vehicle? Cause I would not mind driving around in the original concept for GM's "Dustbuster" vans.

Currently driving a 3rd gen Odyssey for the summer till I make a purchase on a car. Its the best looking but the 2nd gen NA Honda you mentioned has a better front. My family also had a 2002 or 2003 Montana, back when they looked more badass and not "docile/fleet truck" like.

I don't see why not, seeing as someone's already posted the Espace F1.

This is timeless to me; if you swap the headlights in front with LED bulbs it'd fit in with any modern minivan.

I've found the 3rd gen gront was a little wide for my tastes. I don't really have much an opinion of the Montana, other than cool ass name.

On dry pavement it's efficient and great.

On low traction surfaces it's like steering a massive kid wagon. The power moves the rear wheels and the vehicle is really long. When you lose traction it's scary as hell. He hit some ice going pretty slow and the van spun!

Or on anything but pavement. I took my family's onto the grass last week t unload some stuff to the back door, and somehow got it stuck. Took a few tries and a little drifting to get it out. My mom's highlander does the same task no problem. Still love the thing though. OPPO review coming soon!

Haha good point. It gets stuck so easy!

But it is a lovable space bubble. Give it dry pavement and it's a happy camper.

I do like the Previa design on the outside. But as the maintainer of said Previa looking to replace the head gasket soonish, I'm pretty sure there's an engineering team I could probably talk myself into stomping on their fingers until they were all broke and busted.

My dad used to have a 1992 Pontiac Trans Sport SE - and it was carb'd, not even FI! 3.1L V6.

Kinja'd!!!

It looked exactly like that, and it was in freaking awesome condition, body was dingless, interior headliner was drooping though. My dad still regrets selling it. It's quite possibly one of the best aging cars I've ever seen. The dashboard was so cool too, good ol' Pontiac styling, windshield wiper had these sliders to adjust the speed, same for the headlights and dashboard lights.
