I blame Global Warming.
It really seems that the weather is ACTUALLY more unpredictable than it used to be. I checked the report at midnight last night to see if it was worth my trouble to get my ass up early to drive 2.5 hours to the first SCCV autocross of the season. "Region-wide thunderstorms, frequent rain, heavy at times, possibly dangerous lighting and high winds" I checked THREE different sources, said "fuckit" and set my alarm for noon.
I got up well before noon, but too late to make it to orientation...
It hasn't rained one drop, and the sun JUST went behind the clouds for the first time today. fuuuuuuuuuuck. Tomorrow was supposed to be nice, which probably means it will storm like a son of a bitch, and I have scheduled to go hiking with some friends on an exposed ridge-line.
meh. Fuckin' meh.
Have some pics from my local Memorial Day parade, which goes by right out front of my house. (many of these were taken with the exposure compensation accidentally sent at -2EV, oops)

Tell me about it. Last week, I drove the Subaru rather than the 7 for two or three days, each claiming it was going to rain... not a drop. Stupid weathermorons.
