Time to reveal what I've accomplished in the last 3 months, and what I still have to do before my 240sx is ready for sale.
Here's the link to the post I made when I bought the thing:
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
The damaged fender and door have been repaired/repainted, the oxidized roof and hood have been recleared as well...engine has been worked on a bit to make it run better and not stutter the way it was, I've gone through the various codes (most MAF related) and fixed them, so far none have come back...then I started on the mods, I got a cheap Ebay CAI and installed it, and by pure coincidence, the JDMsport strut tower bars I ordered for both front and rear match the red filter exactly in color. Front bar went on without a hitch, but the rear one has me stumped, I have no clue how to get it on without cutting, as the rear struts seem to terminate just below the rear seat speaker enclosures, with no room for the bar. Any thoughts there are appreciated. All that was done before the weekend, and today I changed the last niggling repair I needed to do before additional modding, which was to replace a spurting upper radiator hose. All I have left now in my checklist is the exhaust...originally I was going to replace the whole system, headers and all, with a full racing setup with Megan Racing headers and a Flowmaster Delta Force 10 racing muffler, but then I decided that it wouldn't be cost effective since I'm just flipping the car, as opposed to keeping it. So instead everything aft of the collector will be replaced, with a stock 2in straight pipe going back through a Thrush glasspack and a dual polished tip (both of which were less than 20 bucks), as opposed to the usual fartcan. This should net me some nice sound and a good look, without spending as much on just the exhaust as I did to buy the car in the first place. It will also cure the last thing that really bugs me about the car, which is the rattling old nasty exhaust. Oh, and I also need to replace the right front marker lense, that sucker is gone and I keep forgetting it.

Once finished, (and I would re-think the glass-pack for purely noise/droning grounds... I'd go with a resonator and a free-flowing muffler down-stream, but that is just me.),
That, and an interesting set of aftermarket wheels, that would make a nice driver.
Might I suggest A60 Supra P-type wheels, as the 4-bolt-4-spoke alternative to Starion 5-bolt-5-spoke wheels... but they look good on early S14s.

That'll be purely up to whoever I sell it to. Right now I'm just getting the rattling old shitty stock exhaust with its clogged up cat off and something in its place so I can sell the car.

Good idea. I kind of wish I had the money. It might be a nice little commuter and fun car, if it is a manual gearbox car. Best of luck with the flip, and I hope it makes you a bit of cash. Just for curiosity's sake, what are you thinking of asking for it?

DFW market seems pretty sweet on them for the moment...I plan to ask 3500 and that way I have some wiggle room to what I'd really like to get, which is 3k.

Is that an unmolested S14? What?

Unmolested in terms of crazy modding, yes. Although it was pushed out of a ditch by a tractor and the resulting body damage totaled the car, so there is that, although it's now fixed. I'm only lightly modding it, and saving all the parts to boot in case the new owner wants to return it to stock. :)

Ah okay. Well, it looks great as is imo. Still, I don't hate mods.

I'm very pleased with how the bodywork turned out, tbh. The pics from my original post paint a pretty sad picture of a neglected car. (it had sat at a shop for 6 months after having unpaid work done to it, the owner lost her job and couldn't pay, I paid her and the shop owner to get it)

I'm really impressed with the bodywork! What crazy stuff you had to go through to get the car!

Hehe it's been a lot more involved than my usual flip, that's for sure.
