Flickr should work, it has HTML tags you should be able to copy and paste into Kinja, like I just did:

http://imgur.com is the choice of many, especially since it makes it easy to make publically-viewable albums with captions and titles, and the site is relatively lightweight and easy to use (if you have adblocker, that is)

You can imbed imgur galleries, I'm pretty sure.

Imgur's very simple, and easy to figure out if you've never used it before.
