Yet another car I love :) the Matra Murena
Galvanised chassis', fibreglass bodies, mid-rear and 3 seats. What's not to love?
They weren't particularly fast even in 2.2l form, but the same 2.2l was used in the Peugeot 505 in turbocharged format so there's things that can be done.
It's a shame really that they never found funding for the 180bhp 1.3l with a head based on their then-current F1 car. That would have been a hell of a proposition in the '80s.
