I wish these things hadn't become collector items so quickly, because they got really expensive. If I could find a clean one with under 80k miles for less than 8 grand, it would be in my driveway by now. But alas, they are just too pricey. Oh well, they make for great wallpapers.

These are still considered DDs here, and can be found rather cheap on local Craigslists.
http://wyoming.craigslist.org/bar/4460523653… Here's a '77 for $950
http://fortcollins.craigslist.org/cto/4426674666… Here's another '77 for $3,500
http://wyoming.craigslist.org/cto/4408415580… And here's a '78 with a snow plow for $4,900
There was an '88 in beautiful shape, but needing a little mechanical TLC, that was listed for $950 just last week. I doubt it lasted long.
If you don't mind some driving, you can easily get one for a reasonable price, even still.

My Aunt and Uncle have one of these wasting away in their barn. Luckily I don't go over there very often and be forced to look at it.
