I had a G25 about 2 years ago and I loved it. Totally recommend it to anyone. Personally, I don't think the G27 is worth the extra $100 since they're almost the same.

You can get them used. Nothing on the wheel is very fragile or breaks easily so you don't have to worry too much about getting one used. That's what I did.

Maybe I'll have to do that.

I had a really old version of this wheel and the mounting bracket broke off after about 2 years, so I stayed away from Logitech for a while. The entire wheel was made of plastic though.

I'm using a Cockpit Extreme EXR-S PRO, my only complaint is the post in the middle. It's only available in Brazil, so I got my grandmother to bring it over.

Uggggh. I need to find something because my crappy little table isn't tall enough anymore. And my pedals are constantly sliding around while I'm driving.

I have the Logitech Driving Force GT (entry level model), and while it's not the G27, I would recommend Logitechs wheels to anybody. I've been beating on mine for 4 years, and I'm amazed that none of the motors have broken, and everything is as tight as it was day 1.

Its a slippery slope once you start getting into the sim racing game, lol. G25 was my first wheel though, great entry level wheel.
