Lucky man! Is there going to be construction around you once you move in?

Not for a few years. I'm the last house on the street. besides me is nothing but empty field but that field will eventually be developed. I have seen the future development plans and once the first 2-3 house are made next to me then it won't bother me anymore. I'm currently set to gain about $100000 in additional equity in the next 5 years or so.

Vinyl siding? Why not carbon fiber? Same goes for the shingles and veneer. Asphalt and bricks are heavy as fuck. Shed some of that weight and you might be able to cut your lap time down below 24 hours.

I don't understand, you are getting an island of dirt? Or is this what the beginning stages of a new house look like?
Also what is brick veneer? Is it like the linoleum of bricks?

Today is the very first day of the build they did not manage to finish digging the hole for the foundation. not sure if sarcasm or serious but yes this is what the begining stage looks like.
brick veneer is like a 1"thick concrete/foam slab to imitate the look of brick.

Glad to see you got the garage to house ratio just about right. Garage could be bigger though...

yeah the garage is as big as physically possible on that lot I could not of gone bigger even if I wanted to. it's 32'wide x 24' deep.
