Breaking news: most people hate car dealerships!
My friends over at Cap Gemini Consulting just published their annual survey of car buyer's habits and expectations for social media, the Cars Online survey.

The study encompasses mature and emerging markets and shows just how much more open minded emerging-market customers are when it comes to the car-buying experience or to their relationship with car brands.
Check it out, it's definitely worth a read.

This is excellent! I'm going to try to do a full write-up on this if I can find the time. Thanks for sharing!
