I agree that he's not exactly the sharpest crayon in the box, and that's saying something these days. That being said, I don't see anywhere where he's gone beyond being a little arrogant. If he comes into Oppo, I'll monitor the situation. Otherwise, it's up to whomever else on the FP, though I doubt they care enough.

Isn't that the 'pink wheels on a maxima' guy from the stolen maxima thread? It's not for me, but if my wife or daughters really wanted me to have pink wheels on my car, it might happen. And although it's not for me, his very negative commentary has no business there.

Yeah, I saw that. He's a punk, no doubt, but I really don't see anything too egregious... yet. What I see is a child with a keyboard, expressing narrow-minded psuedo-machoness.

As Automatch Tom points out, he doesn't actually have authorship privileges, and that's something we can and will control. Outside of that, there's not much more that can be done save to escalate the issue to a higher power-that-be, but I don't see it being worth doing at this point.

We'll keep an eye on it, though.

Sincerely, my dear I don't see anything wrong with his comments. He just disliked a badly stanced car that I dislike as well, and since we're on Jalopnik there's nothing wrong with that. I've received much worst insult on my car, and it's not even stanced... you are just excessive, or you're just a fan of the tacky Altimas.
