So i made it to the little meet up near my house. It was mostly older American car and trucks and some early 90s's mustangs along with one random Magnum. The people were pretty cool but mostly older guys. I had to explain to one of the people running it what a WRX is. The nicest ride was the blue wagon here with a corvette motor. I didn't get to hang around too long as I was getting sick of telling the girls not to touch all the shiny stuff. I'll be heading back sans kids so I can hang around a little longer. They had some pretty good hot dogs. I had two, then I went home for dinner.

The funniest is when I have to explain to guys of that type what a '68 Mercury Montego is lol

I explained it as one of the cars they race through the woods. And hes like, "so it has a V6 then" not but it has a turbo. I think he just got confused. Overall the people were nice. No funny looks.
