A rolled car will have had some pretty bad structural damage. No matter how well repaired it'll never be the same again, the spelling and demeanor in the ad don't suggest a good seller either...

I wouldn't be afraid of the repair if it was done right, but the guy says he has no records on it, so you'd need a VERY thorough pre-purchase inspection, probably from a Porsche race shop (in my experience, they're a lot more thorough than dealers). You'd want to get that anyway so that you could check the DME regarding over-revs. I'd actually be tempted to consider buying that car if the owner didn't seem like such a douche bag from how he wrote the ad.
