Without a service history, I'd say CP.

With a service history, I'd say CP. Seems like it should be a few grand less due to the mileage.

With my experience working at a caddy dealer, for about $2k less I'd call NP, but only based on how it sounds when it runs. Timing chain is a common job on these, and when done right (I know a guy who can have it done in 2 business days), It can get expensive, RWD and manual (yes, it's cliche'd, and yes they came this way) for about $3000 cheaper I'd say NP easy. But it'd close here, although I'd lean reluctant CP, almost NP.
