My company has a IT dept of 2 people. Me and my co worker.

My best advice would be to do what I did, find a solid recruiting company who knows the IT field, tell them what you're looking for in a job and let them hunt for you. The place I went to literally had me working my current job 3 weeks after I first got off the phone with my recruiter.
