The badge is real. That doesn't make the car an AMG, though.

It's always a fake badge if it didn't earn it from the factory.

I wish exhaust shops would just outright refuse to do shit like this.

That's hilarious. Must be funny to see when he steps on it and smoke only comes out of one side.

It'll be easy to spot the fake on a cold morning

It's probably a C250 with the plastic lower valance removed.

If you look at it, it looks like it's actually connected and a very small amt of exhaust could find it's way out of those tips.

Yes I agree. It looks like it has a cross pipe. Im am sure it will be covered up by a missing diffuser.

So your saying this isn't the original Merc exhaust at all. But rather someone's custom work trying to make their car look like a real AMG. I hadn't thought of that.

I think that cross pipe actually sends exhaust to the right side so it still looks like a real dual.

The real deal is a true dual setup with a Y pipe branching out to two tips on both ends. It's probably not that difficult to swap aero packages between an AMG and non-AMG cars, and the stock diffuser is unfortunately perfect for that kind of bullshit.
Honestly, I hope he misses a gear and gets passes by a fartcan Civic, though non-AMGs aren't exactly 2 cylinder diesels themselves, so it's unlikely.

Wow. So much effort spent to be lame.

it's even more unlikely that the merc is an manual.
