Car manufacturers are not responsible when you drive at a high rate of speed into a pole. Oye should go on loweringthebar.net

That is really said. I don't want to speak ill of two dead men who have left families behind, but the the facts are pure and simple: Rodas was driving too fast and lost control. I know their families are devastated, but I can't imagine any good coming out of this; rather it may add more pain to the families.
Of much lesser importance, this is why cars like the Carrera GT no longer exist or are produced, and to a larger extent, this is the reason cars have grown larger these days. Some people believe automakers should attempt to mitigate the consequences of any potential accident, no matter the speeds, forces, or other extreme circumstances involved.

Come on now, you can't expect someone to have to take personal responsibility for their actions. That would mean that if they act badly, and something bad happens it's their own fault! That don't make no sense.

Fair enough. I'm busy, and browsing oppo! FP or not, still pretty ridiculous that the widow is suing Porsche.

Let's not forget that the car was also modified...obviously voiding any warranty/responsibility Porsche would then have.

This would be like me suing Callaway because I can't read a green to save my life.
Her husband simply ran out of skill at the worst possible time.
