Literally hasn't been raining here... Posted that, and there's immediately thunder and lightening outside. Loud. I think I just jinxed myself.

I'm watching the storm at the race track on the track cameras :)

It's okay. It's just some rain. And lightning. And wind. Possibly some tornados. Maybe some hail.
Yeah, you're fucked. Good luck, though (internal room).

I'm in a camper trailer, next to a warehouse. What internal room?

Are you at the track, or just watching the storm while it hits the track?
Or both?

That could be problematic. But seriously, good luck.

Out west by Abilene it all passed over and we didn't get a freaking drop.

Yeah, I'm pretty much boned if it gets too bad. I'm sure I'll be fine though. The camper is sitting in a narrow space between the warehouse and a small cabin. Behind us is a good sized hill (bigger than the cabin) that's pretty tall, and the hill continues on the other side of the cabin... so we're in a nice little corner.
The storage building we've got along the road at the front of the property is properly fucked though if it gets bad. The storm a few weeks ago ripped a good amount of trim off the building. Panels and frame held tight though.

Actually, re-watching the weather radar more zoomed in, the bulk of the storm is staying on the other side of I-30, mainly hitting Hot Springs. We basically get the edge of it all night long. Supposed to get bad at some point, but only for a little bit.

what weather thing do you use?

I'm at home but monitoring the storm via cameras at the track. I'm actually monitoring the cameras - major storms tend to be a problem for me on the lightning vs. electronics front

That's just weather.com's interactive map.
http://www.weather.com/weather/map/in…
Plug in your Zip code or City / State, and it'll put a pin down.

All the middle section and East. Not too much towards Laredo or out West in the desert. This mofo does stretch 2 time zones you know lol :]
