See I think he did give a fuck. I think he honestly think his car is faster because of the electric turbos. Or at least, faster than overloading his alternator actually is. I think he also thinks people like the way his car looks.

The steering wheel appears to be mostly stock besides the cover and emblem in the center. That can still be replaced with a fake chrome retina-burner with flames for spokes in the middle.
