Only the passenger side lights up when the pedal is pressed. I didn't remove the harness for painting either. Ideas? Just replaced the switch, it is good now. Also, the turn signals on one side of the rear work and when the driving lights are on both sides work. Help?

Dirty connections? Blown fuse?
I've been fighting this with my Miata. It sucks...

I was going to say fuses as well. Got a voltage tester? Start at the beginning and work your way aft.

It's because the Trans Am Gods were good to me tonight, so they had to blight someone else.
(Sorry, scored an okay shape dash and inner & outer heater box with A/C for $100)

Good deal. Putting A/C in or are you deleting it like I have? I've done that swap before (twice). You don't need to reinstall all the bolts to get it working well. Simplify and add lightness.

I'm assuming bulbs have been checked - bad grounds? More common than you'd think.

I plan to cruise with the family, so A/C is going back in. Plus since I have all the parts, minus the compressor....

Check the sockets. Sounds like it might be a bad socket or loose bulb.
