I really don't get why people do this shit to their cars. It looks terrible to begin with and then you run into situations like this. I get everyone has and is entitled to their own opinions...but come on now

What happens if you stance a sedan, and you load it with quite heavy folks? Then try to open a door on the passenger side. SMASHHHHH.

That issue can be circumvented.

Let me just start off by saying that as an engineer, the phrase "function over form" has been engrained into my brain to the point that I feel the Ford Flex is a great car. I have no clue why you would ever do this to your own vehicle and have to live with these problems on a daily, or have to pick which places you can go to because the driveway is too steep. Oh, and lastly, when you get a crowd of people clapping in hysterics over your simple accomplishment, it makes you look like a child with special needs.

I saw something like that in Boston. It wasn't stanced, but a heavy guy got int he passenger seat. He weighed enough so that the door was now sitting on the side walk. He yanked his buddy's door and dragged it across the asphalt.

Also this can be used to circumvent the other glaring issue.

Those cars should be incinerated and their drivers should be arrested for having such bad taste. When I see cars like this in real life, I throw up in my mouth a little:(

You hit the nail directly on the head there. Air suspension is the only way to go if you insist on suspension that low down. Then while all of the other guys are scraping and grinding across those bumps, you just hit a switch, raise the car and be bop right across.
