Your least favorite car made by your favorite manufacturer.

I have a special little place in my soul for my hatred for the Traverse.

It replaced the Trailblazer, which is one of my favorite Chevy vehicles of all time. It's not particularly attractive compared to its platform mates. It makes 280ish horsepower while the much smaller Equinox V6 makes over 300. There's better cars in the same price range that do the same things the Traverse does, but better (Durango? Explorer?) Yet I'm pretty sure this is the best selling car in it's class.

These aren't Trailblazer replacements as much as they are Minivan replacements. They're much larger and cushier than any Trailblazer.

I'm not sure, good question. The Ford days started to end around 2003 but I'm not sure when they finally ended completely. That being said, my Mazda 2 is kind of like a cousin to the fiesta.

All GM trucks from that era have that instrument panel problem. My dad's did it not too long ago. The speedo and fuel gauge stopped working. Then the RPMs.

I'll never understand how that worked. It was a shitty car with a horrendously unreliable engine, and yet people bought shit loads of them. It was like the Toyota effect of the late 90's but with a shitty car in every regard. Probably the reason people started buying Toyota's.

It's a car they are building because they have to, not because they want to. They are losing money on it. It's expensive compared to the other electrics and has no real advantage over them.

It's my least favorite Ford, which is a company I like because they have a history of making awesome cars and still do. The FFE isn't a awesome car, it's what Ford has to sell to sell anything in California.

I'm a VW fanboy. I have a strong affinity for them, and love all (yes even the MKIV 1.8T) engines that they have had the balls to use in general production. There is one car I actually dislike from VW, and that is the current gen Touareg.

What I don't like about it is what it has become. Some will recall that in 2004, you could walk in to a dealership, and purchase a 600ft-lb Twin-Turbo V10 Diesel Touareg. If you were in Europe, you could get a W12 equipped one. They were amazing machines, built at a time when VW was churning out vehicles that could outperform the established German hierarchy (BMW, Mercedes) on a lot of fronts. Now? The amazing engines are gone. The platform has aged, and a lot of the once-revolutionary tech is becoming more mainstream. If only they kept it going, if only they kept the magic they had in the 1998-2006 era
